The Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) of the Tunisair Group, which convened on December 29, 2018, approved the Board of Directors’ proposal to grant a credit guarantee to the subsidiary Tunisair Express, amounting to 3 million dinars (MD), said a statement by the airline published on the site of the Financial Market Council (CMF).
The Meeting also approved the proposal of the Board of Directors to get two bank credits.
They are an operating loan of 8.8 MD and an investment credit of 10.2 MD which will be paid on to the subsidiary Tunisair Handling.
During the same meeting, the OGM took several decisions regarding the accounting results of the Tunisair group for the 2016 financial year, in addition to the appointment of Elyes M’Nakbi as director and Board Chairman of Tunisair Express, Tunisair Handling and the Aviation Training Center of Tunisia (ATCT).
