The average money market rate (MMR) stabilized in September after four consecutive months of increases.
Indeed, the MMR in September stagnated at 7.03% after reaching 7.02% in July, 7.01% in June and 6.60% in May, according to data from the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).
It should be recalled that the MMR rose in June above the 7% mark for the first time since March 2020 after the BCT increased its key rate on May 17.
