A working session was held, Monday in Tunis between Interior Minister Hichem Mechichi and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Slim Choura.
It focused on cooperation between the two departments.
Emphasis was placed on the need to develop a memorandum of understanding to make the most of the results achieved in the field of the scientific research, reads a statement of the Interior Ministry.
Under this MoU, scientific research carried out in a number of laboratories of the Higher Education Ministry will be made available to the Interior Ministry.
The working session was attended by senior executives of the two ministries, the same source added.
