The 2025 tourism season assessment report, presented at the last session of the regional council, revealed that the number of passengers is expected to reach 1.534 million in 2026, representing an estimated increase of 16%.
Regarding cruises at the port of Sousse, 2025 saw a sharp rise. The number of tourists increased by 344% compared to last year, rising from 631 to 2,804 visitors.
