A word on the preparations of the Post for school year 2017/2018

I would like to point out that we have always attached great importance to young people and we are working to ensure they are satisfied with our proposed services.

In the framework of the introduction of digital services in Tunisia, we signed an agreement between our company and the Ministry of Education.

This agreement focuses on the digitization of several administrative services, especially for young people.

It plans the launch of an electronic payment card specially designed for students and will be called “DigiCard”.

With an upper limit of 100 TND, this card will allow students to make several payments: registration fees, national exam fees, school canteen services, telephone line recharging.

What is the advantage of using the international “e-Dinar Travel” card?

So, the new international e-Dinar Travel card is a smart prepaid card, allowing its holder to benefit and manage his travel allowance in a digital way when traveling abroad.

It also allows the holder and his / her family members to have travel assistance during one year for any travel.

It is secure and easy to use; it allows the payment of purchases abroad via electronic payment terminals (EPT) to merchants using the confidential code consisting of 04 digits, withdrawal of money from ATMs abroad and the withdrawal of money from financial institutions equipped with EPT…

What is the objective of the project “Easy Export”?

The pilot project of the Universal Postal Union “Easy Export” aims to simplify export procedures for small and medium-sized enterprises.

It also aims to support the integration of SMEs in foreign trade and to boost their exports by using the three-dimensional postal network with its various services promoting the development and facilitation of international trade, in particular via the e-commerce.

What are the other projects of the Post?

We seek to increase the number of our offices throughout Tunisia. I want to emphasize that we are dealing with some land issues.

Currently we have about 350 offices. We always strive to meet all the needs of our customers.

On the other hand, the basic infrastructure of several post offices in rural areas will be renewed. We also plan to install several ATMs in all delegations of the Republic.

This initiative is part of the strategy of our company which aims to serve the citizens in the best conditions and to facilitate their financial transactions in the shortest possible time.
