“Delice Danone,” the Tunisian food industry group, will be listed on the Tunis Stock Exchange, as early as next April, announced stock market broker Mena Capital Partners.
The listing of the company, and this is a first, will be based on the open-price offer (OPO) technique which consists in proposing a price range for shares put on sale, combining the characteristics of firm price offer and the minimum price offer.
The final price is then determined according to the subscription requests.
