100% foreign and joint industrial investment went down from 1,080.5 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) in the first six months of 2013 to 371.8 MTD during the same period of 2014, posting a decrease of 65.6% , said the latest figures from the Industry Promotion Agency (API).
This decrease is due to both 100% foreign projects whose investment reached 150.1 MTD against 271 MTD in 2013, down 44.6% as well as joint projects whose investments fell 72 6%, from 809.5 MTD to 221.7 MTD, during the first six months of 2014.
