Tunisia was ranked 92nd globally in the 2014 Legatum Prosperity Index published by the London-based private international organization Legatum Institute. It lost one place compared to last year.
The best performance of Tunisia is made the sub-index Entrepreneurship & Opportunity where it was ranked 56th in 2014.
However, it came 135th in the sub-index of Social Capital, 87th in Economy, 94th in Governance, 71st in Education, 70th in Health, 74th in Safety and Security and 120th in Personal Freedom.
