Tunisia-Al Karama Holding sells block of shares owned in capital of Stafim

Five candidates submitted their expressions of interest for the tender launched by the “Al Karama Holding” company for the sale of a block of shares representing all of its direct and indirect participation in the capital of Stafim.

They are SOTUDIS (Zouari Group), UADH (Loukil Group), HBG Holdings (Bouchamaoui Group), BEH (Khechin Group) and the Tunisian-South Auto Company.

Al Karama Holding Company, which owns 65.98% stake in Stafim, Tunisia dealer of motor vehicles of the Peugeot brand, plans through this operation to sell its entire direct and indirect stake in Stafim to a strategic investor.

Al Karama Holding Company had published on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, the call for expressions of interest, granting candidates a period that ended July 8, 2013 for the filing of their expression of interest.

Pre-qualified candidates have been notified by MCP, the exclusive advisor for this transaction.
