Tunisian battery manufacturer ASSAD announced that its Board of Directors, meeting on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, reviewed the company’s 2024 fiscal year performance and approved its individual and consolidated financial statements.
The individual financial statements showed that parent company ASSAD reported a net loss of 2.5 million dinars, a significant improvement from the 9.3-million-dinar deficit in 2023.
The group posted a net profit of 4 million dinars, a sharp recovery compared to the 9.6-million-dinar loss in 2023.
The Board of Directors has called an Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to be held at the Arab Institute of Business Managers (IACE).
