The company BEST Lease will hold on April 28, 2022 its Ordinary General Assembly ruling on the activity report and financial statements relating to the year 2021.
According to the draft resolutions to be submitted to that meeting, the company has achieved last year a net profit of 10 million dinars, against 6.9 million dinars in 2020, a growth of 45%.
The company proposes to the meeting to distribute a dividend of 0.110 dinars per share, the same level of dividend paid last year.
