BH Assurance has announced that its Ordinary General Meeting will be held on April 23? 2024 at 11 a.m. at the headquarters of BH Bank to deliberate on the approval of the report of the Board of Directors and the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023.
According to the draft resolutions to be submitted to that meeting, the company achieved a net profit of 13.1 million dinars last year.
In addition, the Board of Directors of the company proposes to fix the amount of the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders at 1,500 dinars per share, i.e. a total amount of 4 million dinars.
The Annual General Meeting will also decide to appoint PGH, represented Haithem BEN MOALLEM, as a director for a term of 3 years, i.e. 2024-2025 and 2026.
