ENNAKL Automobiles has announced that its Board of Directors, which met on March 22, 2024, approved the management report and the individual and consolidated financial statements for the 2023 financial year.
These show that the car dealer achieved a consolidated net profit of 40.3 million dinars, compared to 42.3 million in 2022, a decrease of 4.8%.
The individual net profit was 34.7 million dinars, compared to 31.3 million dinars as of December 31, 2022, up 11%.
The Board of Directors has decided to invite the company’s shareholders to the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on April 19, 2024 at 9 a.m. at the company’s head office in La Charguia and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.700 dinars per share.
