BH Leasing said its Board of Directors, which met on 7 March 2023, reviewed the company’s activities for the year 2022 and approved the financial statements as at 31 December of the same year.
These accounts show a net profit of 2 million dinars, an increase of 72% compared to 2021.
The Board of Directors also decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday April 14, 2023 to bring BH LEASING’s Articles of Association into line with current regulations, and an Ordinary General Meeting on the same day.
The company emphasizes that the result for the financial year will be allocated to retained earnings to absorb previous losses and that no dividend will be paid.
