According to an independent survey conducted by polling institute “Sigma Conseil” on behalf of the CJD (Centre for Young Business Leaders) as part of an evaluation study of administrative services provided for SMEs, CEPEX has earned the 2nd place in the ranking of the most satisfying public bodies in Tunisia.
The results of this survey were disclosed at a seminar organized recently by the CJD, in association with the German Foundation “Konrad Adenauer Stiftung” to an audience of officials of fifteen public administrations that were surveyed and several civil society representatives.
The choice of these administrations has focused on those among them that are most requested by SMEs whose business depends on them in an effective manner.
The sample used in this survey covered both the activity and customs procedure.
Hence, 500 SMEs spread equally between the industrial sector and the service sector, on the one hand and the on-shore and off-shore regime, on the other hand, spoke out to give their assessment of three variables, namely: the importance of administration in the business ecosystem, the attendance rate of these administrations and the degree of satisfaction of their services for SME.
This distinction is timely, allowing CEPEX to redouble its efforts to maintain its status as “Best in Class” of Tunisian public bodies and strengthening its dazzling image in the business community.
