The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has decided to make available to Tunisia 2.7 billion dinars, under a Stand-By-Arrangement, an official source at the Central Bank of Tunisia told Africanmanager.
Tunisia could use the money if the need would arise, and upon the occurrence of an event justifying the use of these funds, including changes in situation within the European Union directly affecting negatively the Tunisian economy.
