Tunisia: Jet2 launches route from Manchester

Budget airline Jet2.com has launched a new route from Manchester to Tunisia, the Manchester Evening News reported on Tuesday on is website.

The direct twice weekly services to Enfidha Airport mean holidaymakers can take their pick from resorts including Yasemine Hammamet, Port El Kantaoui and Sousse.

Stephen Turner, aviation commercial director at Manchester Airports Group (MAG) said: “With the addition of Enfidha in Tunisia to their wide range of services, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will continue to attract passengers from across the North of England to Manchester.”

“Tunisia is a fantastic addition to our services and with the reliable sunshine, I am confident that it will be an extremely popular holiday destination for us next year and beyond,” Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays was quoted as saying.
