The Ministries of Tourism and Information and Communication Technology and the National Federation of the Information and Communication Technology plan to launch very soon a digital platform on Tunisian tourism, dubbed “National Cloud.”
It is a web portal that will consolidate all the offers presented by different stakeholders in the tourism sector (travel agencies, airlines, hotels, restaurants, car rental agencies, various services …).
This collaborative project aims also to respond in real time to requests and complaints from tourists and establish a database and reliable statistics on the sector.
Stakeholders and tourism trades are called, according to a statement from the Department of Tourism, to connect to this platform in order to build a comprehensive national network capable of providing “the right service at the right time.”
