The Société Tunisienne des Industries de Pneumatiques (STIP) has just published the draft resolutions to be submitted for approval at its Annual General Meeting on August 30, 2023.
According to the draft resolutions, the company made a net profit of 11 million dinars last year, compared to 23 million dinars in 2021.
The AGM will also approve the decision taken by the Board of Directors at its meeting on June 1, 2023 to appoint Mr. Maher Ben Aissa and Ms Saida Hachicha as independent directors whose terms of office will expire at the AGM that will be convened to approve the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025.
