A Memorandum of Understanding in the field of handicrafts was signed on Tuesday in Tunis , between the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts and the Public Authority for Craft Industries in Oman .
Under the memorandum, the two sides will share information, experiences, studies and publications and carry out joint research in the field of crafts, to draw on successful experiences in the two countries.
Under the memorandum, signed by the Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts, Selma Elloumi and Head of the Public Authority for Craft in Oman Sheikha Ayisha Bint Kahalfan Al-siyabiya, both sides will work to encourage Tunisian and Omani artisans and business operators to achieve joint production and marketing projects and find sources of funding from international organizations.
