SITS, a real estate development company recently taken over by the Poulina group, ended the 2020 fiscal year with a turnover down by 5 MD, and a debt, admittedly decreasing, but that approached 7 MD.
That company still did not solve the problem of total slump of the city Khefacha in Monastir, slump also on what remains of the housing stock in El Kantaoui and even Ennasser in Tunis. Its Gross Operating Surplus is falling, as is the gross added value. A lot of work awaits the new buyer of the SITS.
“Partner Investment”, a Poulina group company, has declared having acquired 5,097,297 shares on the Stock Exchange during the period of the Offer.
It therefore holds together with the company Founders Capital Partners 11,819,578 shares, representing 75.8% of the capital of SITS.
