The Company Servicom will proceed to a capital increase in cash. The capital will be increased by 20 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) through the issuance of 1,179,000 new shares at an issue price of 17 TD/the share (1 TND nominal and 16 TND share issue premium). The new shares carry dividend rights from January 1, 2013.
