The Board of Directors of SOTETEL, meeting on April 27, 2026 to approve the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, reported solid performance indicators and strengthened profitability.
The 2025 fiscal year reflects a clear improvement in the company’s financial health. Consolidated revenue reached 76.2 million dinars, marking a 7.8% increase compared to the 70.7 million dinars recorded in 2024.
This revenue growth translated into a significant improvement in profitability, with net income rising to 4.6 million dinars (up from 4.1 million in 2024), representing a 13.4% increase.
Furthermore, shareholders’ equity now stands at 35.3 million dinars, compared with 33 million dinars the previous year. On its side, total balance sheet assets showed notable expansion, reaching 101.3 million dinars – an increase of more than 11 million dinars year-over-year.
The expansion of total assets also suggests a consolidation of the company’s asset base, reinforcing its position as a key player in the Tunisian market.
Buoyed by these results, SOTETEL plans to reward shareholder loyalty. The Board of Directors has decided to propose to the next Ordinary General Meeting a dividend distribution of 0.600 dinar per share.
