Tunisian startup Wattnow, founded in 2018 and based in Tunis, whose mission is to help companies optimize their energy use, is going international and has chosen Toulouse for its first subsidiary in France. This is reported on the website of the French newspaper Gazette du Midi.
According to the same source, the Tunisian startup intends to market a solution in France that combines e-learning and the Internet of Things, and is even planning to set up an R&D center to strengthen its software development teams.
In October 2022, Société Arabe Des Industries Pharmaceutiques SAIPH and Wattnow signed a partnership agreement for the implementation of an intelligent energy management system for the entire Zaghouan production site.
