Tunisia: Taysir Microfinance raises 15 million dinars on the bond market

Stock market broker, Tunisie Valeurs, has announced that subscriptions to the bond issue of 10 million dinars, which may be increased to a maximum of 20 million dinars, opened to the public on September 22, 2023, closed on November 22, 2023, for an amount of 15.2 million dinars.

This bond issue will enable the institution to consolidate its medium and long-term resources, with the aim of financing its microfinance activity.

As a microfinance institution in the form of a limited company, Taysir Microfinance is constantly consolidating its financial base by mobilizing financial resources in the form of equity capital, bank debt and bond issues, enabling it to finance its business.

Taysir Microfinance is 67% owned by Groupe HORCHANI and 13% by Groupe Amen.

Since the introduction of Groupe HORCHANI as a majority shareholder, Taysir Microfinance has implemented an ambitious development plan over several years.
