Tunisia’s international tourist receipts exceeded 4 billion dinars, reaching a cumulative 4.09 billion on 10 September, according to data from the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).
In comparison with the same date last year, revenues post a rise of 1.3 billion dinars, or +46.3%.
The Ministry of Tourism expects more than 9 million foreign tourists by the end of 2019, against 8.3 million in 2018.
