The Banque Nationale Agricole (BNA) has announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 29? 2023 to approve the accounts for the year ending December 31, 2022.
According to the draft resolutions to be submitted for approval at the meeting, the bank posted a net profit of 159.2 million dinars last year, compared with 163.1 million in 2021, a slight decrease of 2%.
The Board of Directors proposes not to pay a dividend this year, compared to a dividend of 0.800 dinars last year.
