CEO of the Tunisian National Pension and Social Providence Fund (CNRPS) Said Bilel expressed concern about the rise in the deficit of the fund which has been increasing from one year to another.
In a statement to Africanmanager, he said that the situation will be more complicated in 2014. Revenues would be estimated at 2,502 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) while spending would reach 2,785 MTD, i.e. a deficit of 283 MTD.
Last year’s revenues reached 2,259 MTD against 2,174 MTD in 2012 and spending stood at 2,496 MTD against 2,195 MTD in 2012.
