The Executive Board of the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT) meeting November 26, 2014 noted a decline in the service sector indicators.
For tourism, the BCT reported a 1.1% reduction in tourist arrivals at the end of October, as well as overnight stays (-2.7%), while foreign exchange revenues from tourism increased by 10.5% and remittances of Tunisian expatriates rose by 6.3% from one year to another.
