The “Banque de l’Habitat” (BH) will sign, Wednesday, November 8, 2017, a Memorandum of Understanding with the European Investment Bank (EIB) for a credit line of € 120 million over ten years.
This was indicated by Ahmed Rejiba, CEO of the BH on Express Fm.
He also said that this line of credit will cover financing in all economic sectors with a large part dedicated to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Regarding the “first housing” project, the CEO of the “Banque de l’Habitat” acknowledged the existence of some difficulties that the project managers are trying to iron out in order to give it the required efficiency, knowing that the purchasing power of applicant citizens is one of the main obstacles to the good progress of this program.
