EURO-CYCLES announced on Monday that its Board of Directors, which met on Thursday March 7, 2024, reviewed the company’s activities during the 2023 financial year and approved the corresponding financial statements.
These statements show a turnover of 109.2 million dinars compared to 161.4 million dinars in 2022, a decrease of 32.3%, and a net profit of 6.2 million dinars compared to 16.3 million dinars at the end of the 2022 financial year, a decrease of 62.2%.
The company also announced that its Board of Directors has decided to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.300 dinars per share, compared to 1 dinar last year.
It also invited shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 10am at the company’s head office in the Kalaa Kebira industrial zone, Sousse.
