An Extraordinary General Meeting of TAV Tunisia, the Tunisian subsidiary of the Turkish operator of the Enfidha-Hammamet airport, held on October 10, 2020, decided to increase the company’s share capital.
This increase will be carried out by offsetting the certain, liquid and matured claims of TAV Airports Holding in the amount of 214.1 million dinars, bringing the company’s capital to 459.1 million dinars.
This will be done through the creation of 214,145 new registered shares of 1,000 dinars each, which will be paid up at the time of subscription.
