Tunisia: inflation set to decline since July 2013

“The Tunisian authorities should continue to tighten monetary policy in 2013, in an attempt to control rising inflationary pressures,” the World Bank urged in its latest report on Tunisia.

It expects “an increase in inflation to around 6.5% in 2013, which will begin to decline in the course of the second half of the year.”
