SANGO ELLIS announced that it had acquired 536,785 shares in SOTIPAPIER (1.9% of the capital) at a price of 7.767 dinars per share, for a total of approximately 4.1 million dinars.
Prior to this acquisition, the company headed by MWEBEIHA CHARLES, in conjunction with S&S ELLIS Holding, held 51.5% of the capital of SOTIPAPIER.
The company had launched a compulsory offer for the shares of SOTIPAPIER in order to acquire 24.5% of the company’s capital.
However, no bids in response to the mandatory offer had been submitted to the stock exchange by the deadline.
