“The Tunis Stock Exchange (TSE) will take part, along with five listed companies (Onetech Holding, Loukil, Cellcom, Land’or and Ennakl Automobiles) and financial market professionals, in a “Roadshow” scheduled from January 20 to 21, 2016 in London ,” Director General of TSE, Bilel Sahnoun told TAP.
Financial market stakeholders will take part in a two-day international meeting to be organized in the British capital by “Frontier Exchange MENA,” including high-level investors from the world of finance and high-growth companies from emerging markets in the Middle East and North Africa .
A key element of this event is to position Tunisia like other emerging countries as “an attractive destination on the world map of the investment.”
Meetings will be organized, on this occasion, between Tunisian companies and a group of international investors who wish to invest in the country, to build strategic partnerships.
The CEO of the Stock Exchange said the Tunisian participation in this Roadshow is part of the strategic directions of TSE 2016-2020 to facilitate and promote the financial market.
The objective is to develop liquidity in the financial market and to ensure better visibility of the stock market internationally.
“The Tunis Stock Exchange subsequently wishes to organize a promotional tour for UK investors in Tunisia , to establish contacts with the Tunisian financial operators in the wider sense,” he said.
